Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Welcome to FastDriverHelp.com (the “Site”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit takedown notices to us through our designated DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are protected under the DMCA “safe harbor” provisions.

Notice of Infringement (Claim)

To submit a good faith infringement notice, you must provide the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or an authorized representative).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, including sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g., the specific URL).
  4. Contact information for the complaining party (name, address, email, phone number).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information provided is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Important: Title 17 USC §512(f) provides penalties (including damages and attorney’s fees) against anyone who knowingly misrepresents information in a DMCA notification.

Please send all takedown notices through our Contact page or by email for prompt attention.

By submitting a DMCA claim, you consent to us sharing your notice (including your identity) with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification (Restoration Request)

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter notification in writing to our DMCA Agent. Your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location on the Site.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or if outside the United States, any district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement notice.

Counter notifications should be submitted via our Contact page. Email is strongly recommended for faster handling.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously. In line with DMCA requirements, we maintain a record of notices and monitor for repeat violations. Accounts belonging to repeat infringers will be terminated in accordance with our internal policy.
